Located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Fermo on the Marche hills, Palazzo Vitali Rosati stands out for its elements of architectural value. An in-depth diagnostic investigation campaign has recently been completed, which has provided a complete picture of the consistent state of damage that time has caused on the structure, further aggravated by recent seismic events. The diagnostic campaign has also allowed it to be familiar with the structure, discovering deep layers of painted decorations hidden up to today, and analyze the Venetian-style floorings. Pending approval of the restoration project, our technicians are making arrangements with the client on a reuse plan that will give a new life to the artifact.
